This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit Badass.bet, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. Badass.bet is an independent editorial review site covering crypto sportsbooks and online casinos. We are not a gambling operator, a payment processor, or an odds provider. We keep data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in aggregated form. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months in case the same reader raises a related follow-up, then deleted unless you ask us to keep or delete it sooner.
Because we serve readers globally, some of the third parties described in section 5 may process data outside your country of residence. Where GDPR or comparable laws require it, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms to protect the data. We do not knowingly transfer data to jurisdictions that lack meaningful data protection regimes.
