Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes. This page is where we own it. Every material correction is logged here with the affected page URL, the date of the change, and a short description of what changed. Non-material edits (typo fixes, formatting tweaks, added internal links) are not logged.

1. What counts as a material correction

• A change to a numeric fact: a bonus amount, rollover multiplier, deposit or withdrawal time, house edge, hold percentage, minimum deposit, or maximum cashout.
• A change to a factual claim about an operator: licensing, ownership, jurisdiction coverage, market coverage, or promotional terms.
• A change to a claim about operator behaviour: limit-hunting, slow-paying, or account handling.
• A change to a score, a rank order, or a pros-and-cons item.

2. How a correction is applied

When a material error is identified, whether by a reader, an operator, or one of our own authors, we do the following in order:

1. Verify the correct information against a public source or a retest.
2. Update the affected page in place. The correct information replaces the incorrect information in the body of the review.
3. Append a "Correction" note to the top of the affected page for at least 30 days, explaining what was wrong and when it was fixed.
4. Add an entry to the running log below.
5. Where the correction affects the score or ranking, recalculate and update every page that referenced the old figure, including the homepage, hub pages, and any comparison table.

3. How to report an error

Email [email protected] with the URL of the page, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and, where possible, the source that supports the correct information. We respond within 30 days. We treat operator complaints on the same footing as reader complaints, and we investigate both.

4. What is not a correction

An operator does not agree with a review. That is not a correction, it is a difference of opinion, and it does not trigger a change to the page unless the operator can point to a specific factual claim that is wrong. Where an operator raises a point of opinion in strong terms, we may add a right-of-reply note to the page, but we will not soften a factual finding just because the operator objects to it.
